During my Christmas stay, I loved how peaceful and relaxing the environment was. The fresh bedding every day was also a plus, making my stay feel even more comfortable. The friendly and helpful staff made sure to pay attention to my needs, which added to the excellent service experience. The location was perfect, offering easy access to various attractions and activities in the area, making my visit to the city even more enjoyable.
I was disappointed to find out that the air-con did not heat the room enough, despite the cold weather during my stay. It might be more effective if they installed a wall mounted heater.

The staff were friendly, communicated well, and even gave me location co-ordinates. The room was spacious and extra clean, making me feel safe and comfortable in this quiet neighbourhood. The breakfast menu lacked coffee, but other than that, everything was great.
